4. Credits & Payments
VIBNFlow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use validation and analysis features. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. All payments are processed in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase.
5. AI-Generated Content
Reports and analyses generated by VIBNFlow are AI-assisted and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the ideas and descriptions you submit. Reports generated from your submissions are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use. The VIBNFlow platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use VIBNFlow for any unlawful purpose, to submit harmful or fraudulent content, to reverse-engineer our systems, or to resell our services without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
VIBNFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
