Terms of Service

VibNFlow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use validation and analysis features. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. All payments are processed in USD.

4.1 Subscriptions. Subscription plans (Starter, Builder, Founder) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until your renewal date (the end of your current paid billing period), after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made. You will retain access to any remaining credits in your account after cancellation.

4.2 Credit Top-Offs. One-time credit purchases (“top-offs”) are delivered instantly to your account and are available for immediate use. Top-off purchases are final upon completion.

4.3 No Refunds. All purchases — including subscriptions, credit top-offs, and plan upgrades — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused portions of any billing period. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. VibNFlow offers a generous free tier (70 credits) so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free tier before purchasing.

4.4 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and revoke access to all credits and generated content pending resolution.

6.1 Your Ideas Are Yours — Unconditionally. You retain full, exclusive, and unconditional ownership of all ideas, concepts, descriptions, business plans, and any other intellectual property you submit to VibNFlow. We claim no rights, licenses, or interests — express or implied — in your submissions. This ownership survives account termination, company acquisition, or any other corporate event.

6.2 Non-Compete Commitment. VibNFlow, its parent company Farrington Development LLC, and its employees, contractors, and affiliates will not use, develop, commercialize, or disclose any idea submitted by a user. We are a tools company — we build the platform, not the ideas validated on it.

6.3 Confidentiality. All ideas submitted to VibNFlow are treated as confidential information. We implement encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), strict access controls, and organizational policies that prevent unauthorized access to user submissions. No employee can browse user ideas.

6.4 No AI Training. Your submissions are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence model — neither ours nor any third party's. Our AI provider (Anthropic) processes your idea solely to generate your validation report and is contractually prohibited from retaining or training on API inputs.

6.5 Proof of Submission. VibNFlow provides a SHA-256 cryptographic proof-of-submission receipt for every idea you submit. This receipt serves as timestamped, tamper-proof evidence of prior art and can be independently verified using standard cryptographic tools.

6.6 Generated Reports. AI-generated reports, analyses, business plans, brand strategies, and ad creatives produced from your submissions are licensed exclusively to you for your personal and commercial use. The VibNFlow platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
