We use your information to provide and improve our AI-powered validation services, process payments, send service-related communications, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, access controls, and regular security audits.
4. AI Processing
Startup ideas you submit are processed by AI language models to generate validation reports. Your idea descriptions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis. We do not use your submissions to train AI models. Reports are stored in your account for your reference.
5. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@vibnflow.com. You may also export your data or close your account through the dashboard settings.
